Introduction to C Programming

C is procedural language rather than object-oriented language like C++, Java, etc. The basic knowledge of C programming language serves as platform to understand higher languages or similar languages.

For Game Developers : Knowledge of C language can be helpful in studying languages like lite-C to develop 2D, 3D games.

For Software Developers : Since C is procedural language, it has its own benefits to build up a computer program or software for creating some simple native procedures which do not require the complexity of class, object concepts. .NET framework can employ use of different language to build industry-standard applications because of its CLR (Common language runtime).
